Arthritis Fibromyalgia rheumatoid arthritis diet decreases joint stiffness"Plants are rich natural sources of antioxidants in addition to other nutrients."

So began blandly a report by scientists* in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. But their findings were revolutionary! No theory on eating certain foods. PROOF! They carried out studies with patients given uncooked vegetables and other plant foods compared the results with patients not given the regimen. The diet consisted of uncooked berries, fruits, vegetables, roots, nuts and seeds.

The rheumatoid arthritis patients on the diet reported a decrease of their joint stiffness and pain as well as an improvement of their self-experienced 'overall] health, as did the fibromyalgia patients. The improvement ".... was also seen in objective measures." That is, by the scientist-doctors.
