Heart Failure Risk Reduction--A Natural Approach
Can one reduce the risk of heart failure through diet?
Sounds a stretch. Yet, in a report in Archives of Internal Medicine,
the following conclusion was reached--
"Our data demonstrate that a higher intake of whole grain breakfast cereals is associated with a lower risk of HF 'heart failure.]"
