Chocolate's benefits for the heart have been widely disseminated in the media. That's the headline. However, as Journal Watch for September 20th points out, "...high overall consumption of chocolate [the original study referred to eating it five times a week] was associated with reduced risk... But...excessive consumption of sugar-laden chocolate
confections is unhealthy."
