Fats and the Risk of Alzheimer's Disease

"After a ...follow-up of 3.9 years, 131 persons developed Alzheimer disease. Intakes of saturated and trans-unsaturated 'in some margarines--see the label] were positively associated with risk of Alzheimer whereas intakes of 'n-6--in common vegetable oils such as soy, corn and canola] and monounsaturated 'olive] were inversely associated.
