Reverse
Aging
A new report in the Journal of Neuroscience, Sept. 15, l999, reveals
"These findings suggest that, in addition to their known beneficial
effects on cancer and heart disease, (plant) chemicals present in
antioxidant-rich foods may be beneficial in reversing the course of
neuronal (central nervous system) and behavioral aging."
Details: The study tested the effects specifically of blueberry, spinach
and strawberry. An early finding, perhaps, but the downside would appear
to be nil.
