The Richest Sources of Vitamin K, the Pro-Blood-Clotting Vitamin

The richest sources of Vitamin K by far are; purple seaweed, Brussels sprouts top leaf, amaranth leaf-raw, and cooked coriander leaf.

Also rich in Vitamin K, though less so than above are; kale, cooked mint leaf, cooked parsley, and raw Swiss chard leaf.

Good sources of Vitamin K, though less than the previous list are; green tea leaf, green apple peel, pistachio nuts, raw avocados, cucumber skin, raw soybeans (roasted less so,) raw endive, raw lettuce, raw purslane.
