Testing Vitamin C in Orange Juice
"We tested the 'availability] of vitamin C in 'processed] orange juice
and its effectiveness in 'various body activities] in '12 humans--6 men
and 6 women] ...and found that it decreased 'PGF2 and PGE2] levels in
humans,
which may help to reduce the risk of
