High Carbohydrate Intake to Lose Weight?

NOTE: The secret appears to be in the first line above. See the words "high-complex carbohydrate." Complex carbs are in high-fibre foods like brown rice, lentils and barley. Is it possible that Dr. Atkins did not know the difference between simple and complex carbs? What do you think?
